OXFORD — Corey Amos is back in the Ole Miss football fold.
Just over a month after the three-star linebacker decommitted from the Rebels and re-opened his recruitment, Amos once again pledged to play for Ole Miss on Friday in a social media post.
Ain’t no other place I’ll rather be,” he wrote.
The news marks a good start to arguably the biggest recruiting weekend on the calendar for Ole Miss. Several key prospects are expected to be on hand for the Rebels’ “Juice Fest” event, named after coach Lane Kiffin’s dog.
Listed at 6-foot-2, 200 pounds, Amos is considered by 247Sports Composite to be the No. 435 overall prospect in the Class of 2025 and the No. 44 linebacker. A product of Opelousas High School, he is also ranked as the No. 13 player in the state of Louisiana.
Amos reported offers from Tulane, Baylor, Michigan, Miami and Alabama, among several others.
He becomes the 13th commitment in Ole Miss’ 2025 recruiting class, which ranked 46th nationally as of Friday night.
