American ski racing hero Lindsey Vonn has announced a unique partnership with one of the country’s most exclusive ski resorts.
The superstar skier announced on August 30, 2024 that she will host two weeks of skiing at Three Forks Ranch, located on the Colorado-Wyoming border.
Three Forks Ranch has yet to release the specific dates that Vonn will host, but is encouraging future guests to book early as lodging options are limited. The resort provided further details about their partnership with Vonn:
The resort has offered private, uncrowded skiing on its slopes since 2012, but the partnership with Vonn launches it into the limelight and will likely draw attention from wealthy skiers across the globe.
To clarify, Three Forks Ranch is a private ski resort in that its slopes are only open to guests who stay in one of their various lodges. Rooms vary between $1,995 and $4,495 per person per night with a five night minimum requirement. In summary, Three Forks Ranch is reserved exclusively for the ultra-wealthy.
Vonn is coming off knee surgery earlier this year, but is clearly excited to get back on snow. Keep an eye out on her socials as the season progresses. There’s no doubt she’ll have plenty of courd-ripping and powder skiing clips to share.
Three Forks doesn’t have any chairlifts, but utilizes six ‘snow vehicles’ to whisk guests to the top of the mountain as they desire. The mountain appears to have numerous groomed and ungroomed terrain. Take a look at the trail map and stats below.
