Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer recently provided updates on three key players—Cole Adams, Elijah Pritchett, and Kadyn Proctor—as they prepare for their upcoming game against Wisconsin.
Cole Adams, a redshirt freshman wide receiver, suffered an upper extremity injury during the second half of Alabama’s win against South Florida. DeBoer stated that while Adams isn’t ruled out for the upcoming game, his participation will likely be limited early in the week.
Kadyn Proctor, a left tackle, has been sidelined with a shoulder injury since pregame warmups before Alabama’s season opener. DeBoer expressed optimism about Proctor’s progress, noting that the lineman has been working diligently on his recovery and could be close to returning this weekend.
Elijah Pritchett, who replaced Proctor at left tackle earlier in the season, also dealt with a minor injury recently. DeBoer shared that Pritchett made it through the last game in good shape and even saw some late-game action. While not fully back to starting form, his participation has been encouraging.
These updates reflect a cautious but hopeful outlook for Alabama’s roster as they prepare for their road matchup against Wisconsin.
