The rumors linking Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies to Real Madrid have been going on for months, but now the situation could be entering crunch time.
If Bayern Munich does not present Davies with an offer he find acceptable by January, Real Madrid will be ready to make a proposal of their own per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Real Madrid’s interest in Alphonso Davies remains strong. Davies is part of their list, but it will depend on contract talks between Bayern and the player. If he doesn’t extend the contract by January, Real Madrid will try to advance in talks to reach an agreement and bring him to the club. They’re not in a rush now, also because Ferland Mendy just agreed on a new deal and so it’s something they’d only do at their conditions.
The Davies situation is fluid at the moment, but it does feel as if the likelihood of Bayern Munich re-upping him is a longshot.
