Bayern Munich have submitted their final squad for the league phase of the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League.
With the league phase of the revamped UEFA Champions League set to get underway soon, teams have submitted their final squads for the tournament. Bayern Munich will begin their Champions League campaign and will also face the likes of FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain during the league phase.
Vincent Kompany’s side will hope to secure easy passage to the knockout stage, and the squad for the league phase has now been confirmed.
Bayern have sprung no major surprises with the roster. The likes of Aleksandar Pavlović, Adam Aznou, and Arijon Ibrahimović have not been named in the squad as they can be included on the List B, which features players born on, or after, January 1, 2023 who have been eligible to play for the club for an uninterrupted period of at least two years.
All three of Bayern Munich’s summer signings have been included. Michael Olise and Hiroki Ito will make their UEFA Champions League debuts this season. Highly rated youngsters Nestory Irankunda and Javier Fernández have also been named in the squad.
